The giving-fueled day is in its fourth year and is observed on the Tuesday following Black Friday and Cyber Monday. #GivingTuesday is known as the “kickoff” to the charitable season, when many donors are eager to donate last minute tax deductible contributions. Charities utilizing video in their efforts are 41% more likely to reach their fundraising goals. Because of this, video should play a major role in your #GivingTuesday campaign.
