Total-Apps is led by Rey Pasinli, a payments engineer and subject-matter expert
with a Mechanical Engineering background (CSU Fullerton) and an MBA (Pepperdine)
who began his career on the International Space Station program. He has worked
directly with more than 85,000 merchants across roughly 250 banks, processors,
ISOs, PayFacs, PSPs, and wallet solutions; helped design fraud-scrubbing logic
used inside one of the industry's largest payment gateways; authored a 100-page
compliance guideline covering CBD and peptide processing; and launched and
certified four separate PayFac licenses. The company specializes in getting
complex and high-risk merchants approved, reducing fraud and chargebacks,
increasing processing limits, reducing reserve rates, and releasing frozen funds.
