Storage

Make sure your Fulfillment center has a secure, climate controlled warehouse with storage capacity for you today and for your projected growth.

    For example storage space for DVD’s can be:

• Per book

• Per case of books

• Or per pallet of cases.

Typically you are notified when new inventory is received or if there is any damage

Pick & Pack

Your fulfillment center will pick and pack the orders for your customers daily. Typically you will need to integrate and use their software, website, and/or shipping preference for tracking. But most offer download capability or SQL query for more enterprise solutions.


Some Services to Look For:

• Capability to assemble and pack your merchandise
• Can place multiple SKU's into one order
• If you have presealed boxed merchandise, print address labels
• Order Management Reports of some kind

Shipping

Different Centers have different carrier preferences. Either way make sure tracking emails can be automatically sent to your customers.

Ideally you want them to ship Orders Released by Noon, Eastern Time, Ship Same Day
